    Villa Evander is a unique villa situated on the hill above Houlakia bay, offering views of the Aegean Sea and amazing sunset. Conveniently a 5 minute drive from the island’s town center and just 800m from Agios Stefanos, the nearest beach.

    The architecture has a distinct character of traditional Cycladic and minimalist chic, offering a 48-square meter infinity swimming pool surrounded by Egyptian marble paved terrace. A 22-square meter Jacuzzi and underground Hammam (steam room) featuring a cave like experience. A 70- square meter fire pit and seating area where everyone can enjoy the sunset and views of the Aegean Sea, over a fire.

    Blending modern and traditional decor, the two-story Villa is decorated in white and beige tones and has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Facilities include air conditioning, free toiletries and hairdryer. The Villa comes with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all of them en-suite, and a WC for the guests.A Guesthouse, which is attached to the villa, with direct access to the pool area is also available and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comes with a private bathroom with shower, individually controlled air-condition, kitchen and refrigerator.The pool/jacuzzi area, offers sunbeds, shower, pergola, built-in couches and a dining table. It can host private functions upon request.
