    Villa Mati was built in 2017 on a large plot of 4,130m2 overlooking Ysterni bay and Tsoukalia beach and enjoying spectacular sea and island views; while it has all the advantages of being in quite and secluded surroundings, it is just a 12’ drive away from Naoussa, a 5 to 7’ drive to Ambelas and Tsoukalia beach, a 15’ drive to Santa Maria and a 12’ walk to the remoted small beach of Ysterni. The villa has been very well maintained throughout the years.
